Inspired by Gena Hamshaw's 5 Minute, No Bake Vegan Granola Bar, an easy homemade breakfast alternative.

1 cup Quick Oats
1.5 cup Steel Cut Oats
1 cup Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
1/2 cup Raisons
2/3 cup Coconut Peanut Butter Spread
2/3 cup Honey
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
  1. Mix the oats, the sunflower seeds, and the raisins in a bowl
  2. In a seperate bowl, whisk together the coconut peanut butter, the honey and the sea salt
  3. Pour the previous mixture into the oat mixture, and mix well, until everything is combined
  4. Press mixture into a shallow baking dish previously lined with parchment baking paper. Cover with additional sheet and press well into the baking dish
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Cut into bar shapes, wrap, and keep in fridge until ready to eat
  6. Notes
    1. I added a bit more honey to the final mixture before pressing it into the pan because it was a bit dry.
    2. Original recipe says bars will last two weeks in the fridge
