240 g Butter
90 g Sugar
Icing Sugar to measure
1/2 tsp Salt
300 g Condensed Milk
3 tsp Vanilla Extract
240 g Soft Wheat Flour "00"
1/2 tsp Yeast
4 Eggs
  1. Preheat the oven at 175°C and grease ring-shaped pan with butter and sprinkle with flour
  2. Sieve the dry ingredients together
  3. Whip together the butter and the sugar
  4. Add the vanilla extract and the condensed milk
  5. Add the flour, then the eggs, one by one, to get a spumy mixture
  6. Pour the mixture in the pan and bake it for 45-50 minutes
  7. Let it cool, turn it out and serve it with icing sugar on top
