A sweet and simple healthier version of Chocolate Mousse: 3 ingredients, 3 steps

  • Portion 1 bowl
1 cu Dark Chocolate Chips
14 oz Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Almond Extract
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Remove from heat and let cool down just a bit.
  2. Mix in yogurt and extract.
  3. Divide the mix among 4 serving bowls and place in fridge for about 10 minutes.

    1. Use your favorite chocolate and for a chocolatier taste you can add more than what the recipe requires.
