1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tbs Organic Sugar
1/4 cup Coconut Almond Milk
1 Egg
3 tbs Coconut Oil
  1. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar
  2. Add the coconut-almond milk, egg and melted coconut oil to the flour mix. Whisk the batter until it appears smooth
  3. Place a lightly oiled griddle over medium heat
  4. When griddle becomes hot, scoop approximately 1/4 cup of batter and pour onto it
  5. Flip pancake when the rim of the pancake seems cooked. Brown on both sides
  6. Notes
    1. Top with maple syrup, honey or your favorite compote or jam
    2. Have for breakfast AND dessert!
