7 tbs Butter
3 Eggs
3/4 cup Organic Sugar
1 Orange Zest
1 tbs Self Rising Flour
2 tbs Milk
2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  1. For the cupcakes: Preheat oven to 425ยบ F Line cupcake pan with paper cupcake liners
  2. Melt only 6 tbs butter with half the amount of chocolate chips (1 cup) in a microwave safe bowl for about 1 minute on high power
  3. Whisk eggs and sugar until well blended and creamy. Add chocolate mixture and blend well
  4. Last, mix in the flour. Fill cupcake liners with batter 3/4 of the way
  5. Bake for approximately 10 to 15 minutes. They should be soft inside. Let cool
  6. For the frosting In a microwave safe container melt the remaining chocolate (1 cup) and butter (1 tbs) with 2 tablespoons of milk for approximately a minute on high power
  7. Whisk ingredients until you obtain a creamy, shiny texture. Add milk if and as needed for desired consistency. Apply frosting on cupcake
